More specifically, the applicant has proposed the following amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law:

  1. Amend the Official Plan by changing the designation of the lands from ‘Mixed Use’ and ‘Apartment Residential’ to ‘Institutional’.
  2. Amend Zoning By-law 85 of 2002 by changing the zoning of the lands from “Office Commercial 1-5 (OC1-5)” and “Urban Residential 4 (UR4)” to a site-specific “Institutional 1-8 (I1-8)” zone that would permit a medical centre/clinic and accessory parking lot.
