Overnight Parking

Due to the success of the Overnight Parking Enforcement Pilot Project in 2013, Overnight Parking of licensed personal automobiles and motorcycles on residential streets will be allowed between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. from May 1 to October 31, annually.  These vehicles can park on the street for a maximum of 12 hours.

Overnight, on-street, parking restrictions will again be in effect from November 1 to April 30, annually.  Any vehicle parked on a City Street between 2:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. will be in violation of the By-Law and can be ticketed.  There will be no exemptions granted during this period.
