Christmas on the Farm

Thank you everyone for another successful Christmas on the Farm event!  The City of Sarnia Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank the Manufacturing Technology students at St. Patrick's High School who produced fifteen metal arches used to light up the pathway for the annual Christmas on the Farm celebration this past weekend. For the month of November approximately 40 students took part by bending and welding the steel tubing into arches that were ten feet wide and nine and a half feet tall. On Friday, December 7, 25 students traveled to the Animal Farm at Canatara Park to help set up the arches and attach strands of lights to them. The project was also sponsored by Communities in Bloom Sarnia, and will be on display throughout the holidays.
